⑴Pre-installed
①The pre-installation of the card sleeve pipe joint is the most important link, which directly affects the reliability of the seal. Generally, a special pre-installation device is required. The small pipe diameter joint can be pre-installed on the vise. The specific method is to use one The joint body is used as the mother body, and the nut and ferrule can be pressed onto the pipe. There are mainly ferrule-type straight-through pipe joints, ferrule-end straight-through connectors, ferrule-type three-way joints, etc., even if they are from the same manufacturer. In batches, the depth of the tapered holes on these types of joints is often different, resulting in leakage, and this problem is often overlooked.
The correct method should be what kind of joint body is used to connect one end of the pipe. The corresponding connection ends are pre-installed with the same type of connector, which can avoid leakage problems to the greatest extent.
②The end surface of the pipe should be flush, and the pipe should be polished flush with a grinding wheel and other tools after the pipe is sawed. And remove the burrs, clean and blow with high-pressure air before use.
③When pre-installing, try to keep the coaxiality between the pipe and the joint body. If the pipe deflection is too large, the seal will fail.
④The pre-installation force should not be too large. The inner blade of the ferrule should be just inserted into the outer wall of the pipe. The ferrule should not be significantly deformed. When the pipeline is connected, the specified tightening force should be assembled, the tightening force of the φ16-10mm ferrule For 64-115N, φ16mmr 259N and φ18mm are 450N. If the ferrule becomes serious during pre-installation, the sealing effect will be lost.
(2) It is forbidden to add sealant and other fillers. Someone applies sealant on the ferrule in order to achieve a better sealing effect. As a result, the sealant was flushed into the fluid system, causing malfunctions such as clogging of the internal holes of the hydraulic components.
⑶ When connecting pipelines, make sure that the pipes have enough deformation margin. Avoid exposing the tube to tensile stress.
⑷ When connecting the pipeline, avoid lateral force. Excessive lateral force will cause a tight seal.
⑸ When connecting the pipeline, it should be tightened at one time. Avoid multiple disassembly, otherwise the sealing performance will deteriorate.
